# Selling and orders

### How many products can I add?
As many as you need. Each product can have any number of variants (sizes, colours), each with its own price, stock and weight.

### Can I sell products with sizes and colours?
Yes. Set up attributes such as *Size* and *Colour* once, then give each product the variants it comes in. See [Variants and stock](https://www.nijeesweb.com/docs/ecommerce/products/variants-and-stock).

### Does stock update by itself?
Yes. Cash-on-delivery and bank-transfer orders take stock when placed; online payments when confirmed. Cancellations and returns put it back when your returns policy says so.

### Will I get an email when someone orders?
Not yet — your store does not send order emails. Check the Dashboard and Orders; your payment gateway emails you for each online payment. See [Notifications](https://www.nijeesweb.com/docs/ecommerce/settings/notifications).

### Do customers get an order confirmation email?
Not yet. They see the confirmation page, and their order — with status and tracking — in their account (guests through `/guest/access`).

### Can I print GST invoices?
Yes — tax invoices with CGST/SGST or IGST, numbered per financial year, plus delivery challans and 4×6 or A4 shipping labels, one at a time or in bulk. See [Invoices and labels](https://www.nijeesweb.com/docs/ecommerce/orders/invoices-and-labels).

### Can customers return or exchange products?
Yes, if you allow it. You set the windows, who pays return shipping, restocking fees, and how refunds are paid; customers request returns from their order. See [Returns policy](https://www.nijeesweb.com/docs/ecommerce/orders/returns-policy).

### Can customers buy without an account?
Yes — guest checkout is on for every store. Guests can look up their orders later at `/guest/access`. Coupons and store credit need an account.

### Where do I see my customers?
**Clients → Clients** lists customers with accounts; guest orders show the customer's details in **Orders**.

### Can I hide prices and take enquiries instead?
Yes — catalogue mode shows products without prices and collects enquiries. Ask support to switch it on. See [Catalogue mode](https://www.nijeesweb.com/docs/ecommerce/products/catalogue-mode).

### Can staff help run the store?
Yes. Give each person their own admin login under **Users**. Every admin can do everything, so add only people you trust.

### Can I export my orders?
