# Sign in to your store

> Open yourdomain/login, sign in with the admin email you chose, and find your way to the admin panel — plus the one-time code option and password reset.

Your store's admin panel lives on your store's own domain. Admins and shoppers use the **same sign-in page**; what you see after signing in depends on the account.

## Step by step

1. Go to `https://yourdomain/login` — for example `https://www.ashafashion.in/login`.
2. Enter the **admin email** you chose on the set-up page. It may be different from your store account's email.
3. Enter the **admin password** and select **Sign in**.
4. You land on the admin **Dashboard** at `/admin/dashboard`.

> Bookmark `yourdomain/admin/dashboard`. If you are signed out, it sends you to the sign-in page and back again.

Tick **Keep me signed in** on your own computer to stay signed in between visits. Never tick it on a shared computer.

## Sign in with a one-time code

Forgot your password but have your email? Select **Use a one-time code** on the sign-in page, enter your admin email, and a **4-digit code** is emailed to you. Type it in to sign in.

- The code is valid for **5 minutes**.
- You can ask for a new code after **30 seconds**.
- After **5 wrong tries** the code stops working — request a new one.

After signing in with a code you land on your store's home page; go to `/admin/dashboard` to reach the admin panel.

## Reset your password

1. On the sign-in page, select **Forgot password?**
2. Enter your admin email and send the reset link.
3. Open the email, choose a new password (at least 4 characters — we recommend 10 or more) and type it twice.

The reset email comes from your store. If it does not arrive within ten minutes, check spam and promotions folders, or use a one-time code instead.

## Signing out

Use **Logout** in the admin panel's menu, or go to `yourdomain/logout`.

## If you cannot sign in

| Message | What to do |
| --- | --- |
| *These credentials do not match our records.* | Check you are using the **admin email** (not your store account email) and the right password. Check Caps Lock. |
| *429 Too Many Requests* | More than 20 attempts came from your connection in a minute. Wait a minute. |
| *419 Page Expired* | The page sat open too long. Reload it and sign in again. |
| *Your subscription has expired* page | The store's plan has ended. Renew it from your [store account](https://www.nijees.in/account/login). |
