The orders list (**Orders → Orders**) prints documents for many orders at once and exports your sales.

## Print for many orders

1. Filter the list — for example **Status: Confirmed** for today's packing.
2. Tick the orders, or tick **Select this page**.
3. Select **Print labels**, **Invoices** or **Challans**.
4. A print-ready page opens. Print it, or save it as PDF.

Labels follow the paper you chose under **Invoices & Labels**: one 4 × 6 label per page, or four per A4 sheet. Invoices and challans print the copies you chose (original, duplicate, triplicate).

> [!NOTE]
> Printing invoices issues invoice numbers to orders that do not have one yet — in the order they are printed. See [Invoices and labels](https://www.nijeesweb.com/docs/ecommerce/orders/invoices-and-labels).

## Print for one order

Use the three **Print** buttons on the order's row (label, invoice, challan), or the **Documents** buttons on the order screen.

## Export your orders

1. Set the filters — for example **From Date** and **To Date** for last month.
2. Select **Excel** or **PDF** at the top.

- **Excel** — a workbook with a summary, the orders, and their order lines. Use it for your accounts and GST returns.
- **PDF** — a landscape report of the same orders, for printing or sharing.

The export contains exactly the orders the filters show.

## For your accountant

A monthly export with **From Date** and **To Date** set to the month, together with the invoices printed for that month, gives your accountant what they need for GST returns. Online orders that were never paid are left out of the report's sales totals.
