## "Something went wrong!" when saving

1. Read the form for fields marked in red — a required field may be empty, such as a product's category or a variant's MRP.
2. Reload the page (copy any long text first) and try again.
3. If it keeps happening on one screen, [contact support](https://www.nijeesweb.com/contact?topic=support) with the screen's address and what you changed.

## "419 — Page Expired"

You were signed out, or the page sat open too long. Copy what you were writing, reload, sign in again and paste it back.

## You are asked "Cancel Changes?" when leaving

You have unsaved changes. Choose **No** and save first, or **Yes, Cancel** to throw them away. `Esc` asks the same; `Y` and `N` answer.

## "File type ".…" is not allowed"

Only certain file types can be uploaded — images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, BMP, SVG), videos (MP4, WebM, MOV and others) and PDFs. A file must also have an extension. See [Limits and file types](https://www.nijeesweb.com/docs/ecommerce/reference/limits-and-file-types).

## "Uploaded files must have a file extension."

Rename the file on your computer so it ends in `.jpg`, `.png`, `.mp4` and so on.

## Uploads are very slow or fail

- The file is very large — a camera photo can be 10 MB. Resize photos to about 2000 pixels wide before uploading.
- Videos: compress them, or put long videos on YouTube and embed them.
- Check your connection; large uploads fail on unstable mobile data.

## I replaced an image but the old one still shows

Your browser is showing a saved copy. Reload with `Ctrl` + `F5` (`⌘` + `Shift` + `R` on a Mac), or open the page in a private window.

## A product's photo did not change

The product shows the **first** active item in its gallery. Drag the new photo to the top of the gallery, or set the old one to Inactive.
