# Accordions and FAQs

> Build question-and-answer lists and expandable sections, and place the same accordion on any page.

An accordion is a list of titles that each open to show more — perfect for FAQs, service details or policies. Manage them under **Accordions / FAQs**.

## 1. Create an accordion

**Accordions / FAQs › Add New** → *Create Accordion*: a **Title** for your reference (such as *Pricing FAQ*), keep it *Active*, save.

## 2. Add items

1. Open the accordion's items and select **Add New**.
2. **Title** — the question or heading visitors click, such as *Do you take walk-ins?*
3. **Content** — the answer.
4. Keep it *Active* and save. Repeat for each question; drag items to reorder.

## 3. Place it on a page

Add an **Accordion** element in the page builder and choose it in **Select Accordion**. *The same accordion can be placed on several pages* — edit it once, and every page updates. Style it with a saved design from **Design › Accordion**.

## Write FAQs that bring visitors

FAQs are among the most useful content for search engines and AI assistants, because people search in questions.

- Use the **exact questions customers ask** you on the phone and on WhatsApp.
- Answer in the **first sentence**, then add detail: *"Yes — we take walk-ins from 10 am to 1 pm, Monday to Saturday. For evening slots, book online."*
- Keep each answer to a short paragraph.
