# Testimonials

> Add customer testimonials with a name and photo, and show them on any page in the design you choose.

Product: NijeesWeb website builder · Source: https://www.nijeesweb.com/docs/website/content/testimonials · Updated 2026-10-02

Testimonials are quotes from happy customers. Add them once under **Testimonials**, then show them anywhere with the **Testimonials** element.

## Add a testimonial

1. Go to **Testimonials** and select **Add New**.
2. **Name** — who said it, for example *Priya S., Pune*.
3. **Content** — what they said.
4. **Photo** — optional. *Designs that show a portrait fall back to the person's initials when there is no photo.*
5. Keep it *Active* and save.

Drag testimonials on the list to change their order.

## Show them on a page

Add a **Testimonials** element in the page builder. In **Content**, show all of them or *Apply limit* to show a number. In **Design**, follow the site's testimonial design or pick a saved one — see [Design library](https://www.nijeesweb.com/docs/website/design/design-library).

## Real, and with permission

> [!IMPORTANT]
> Only publish genuine testimonials, with the customer's permission. Invented or edited reviews mislead customers and break Indian consumer protection rules — and visitors can usually tell.

Ask happy customers for a line or two by WhatsApp right after a good experience; it is when they are most willing. A first name, city and photo make a testimonial far more believable.
