### How much does NijeesWeb cost?

Plans are priced per year in Indian rupees — Single Page, Up to 10 Pages and Up to 30 Pages. Current prices are on the [pricing page](https://www.nijeesweb.com/pricing). Each plan includes hosting, a free SSL certificate and updates; the only other cost is your domain name.

### Do prices include GST?

No. Prices are shown before tax, and 18% GST is added at checkout. The checkout page shows the price, the GST and the total separately.

### What is the difference between the plans?

Only how much room your website gets — pages, image and video galleries, storage — and the mega menu. Every other feature is in every plan. See [Choose a plan](https://www.nijeesweb.com/docs/website/getting-started/choose-a-plan).

### I need a few more pages. Do I have to upgrade?

No. Buy an [add-on](https://www.nijeesweb.com/docs/website/account-billing/add-ons) for just the extra pages, galleries or storage. Bought during the year, it costs only the days left, then renews with your plan.

### How do I pay?

Through PhonePe's secure checkout, with UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app), a debit or credit card, or net banking.

### Do plans renew automatically?

No. NijeesWeb never charges you without you choosing to pay. When a year ends, you renew from your dashboard if you want to continue.

### What happens if I don't renew?

The website goes offline at the end of its year. Your content is kept, and renewing brings it back exactly as it was.

### Can I upgrade later?

Yes, any time while the website is active. You pay only the difference for the days left in your year (plus GST), and your renewal date and add-ons stay the same. See [Upgrade your plan](https://www.nijeesweb.com/docs/website/account-billing/upgrade-your-plan).

### Can I move to a lower plan?

Not online. [Contact us](https://www.nijeesweb.com/contact?topic=billing) before your renewal and we'll help.

### Is there a free trial or free plan?

Not at the moment. Creating an account is free, and you can explore the templates and documentation before you buy.

### Can I get a refund?

Duplicate payments, and payments where your website could not be created, are always refunded in full. Other cases are covered by the [refund policy](https://www.nijeesweb.com/refund-policy).

### Do I get an invoice?

PhonePe confirms every payment. For a tax invoice for your business, [contact us](https://www.nijeesweb.com/contact?topic=billing) with the payment reference and your business details.

### Do I pay for each website separately?

Yes. Each plan is one website. One account can hold several websites, each with its own plan and renewal date.

### Is the domain included in the price?

No. You buy your domain from any registrar, so it stays registered in your name.
