These are problems signing in to your **NijeesWeb account** at `www.nijeesweb.com/account`. For your website's admin panel (`yourdomain/admin`), see [Admin sign-in problems](https://www.nijeesweb.com/docs/website/troubleshooting/admin-sign-in).

## "These credentials do not match our records."

The email and password don't match an account.

- Check you are on the **account** sign-in (`/account/login`), not your website's admin sign-in. They are different logins unless you chose the same details.
- Check the email for typos, and that Caps Lock is off.
- If you signed up with a different email, try that one.

## Forgot your account password

The account sign-in has no self-service reset yet. Email support@nijeesweb.com **from the address you signed up with**, and we will help you back in.

## "429 — Too Many Requests"

Too many sign-in attempts came from your connection in one minute. Wait **one minute** and try again. On a shared office network, a colleague's attempts count too.

## "419 — Page Expired"

The sign-in page was open so long that its security token expired. **Reload the page** and sign in again. If it keeps happening, allow cookies for nijeesweb.com — the sign-in needs one.

## Spam check messages
