# Website admin sign-in problems

> Can't sign in to yourdomain/admin — wrong password, "Too many login attempts", reset emails not arriving, 419 Page Expired.

These are problems signing in to your **website's admin panel** at `yourdomain/admin`.

## "These credentials do not match our records."

- Use the **admin email** you entered on the set-up page — it may differ from your NijeesWeb account email.
- Passwords are case-sensitive; check Caps Lock.
- Still failing? Reset the password (below).

## Reset your admin password

1. On the sign-in page, select **Forgot password?**
2. Enter the admin email and select **Email me a reset link**.
3. Open the email and choose a new password of **at least 8 characters**.

**The email doesn't arrive?** Check spam and promotions folders, wait ten minutes, and make sure you typed the admin email exactly. If it still doesn't come, [contact support](https://www.nijeesweb.com/contact?topic=support).

## "Too many login attempts. Please try again in … seconds."

After **5 wrong passwords**, sign-in is paused for **15 minutes**. Wait for the countdown, or reset your password meanwhile.

## "429 — Too Many Requests"

Many attempts came from your connection within a minute. Wait a minute.

## "419 — Page Expired"

The page sat open until its security token expired. Reload and sign in again. While editing, if a save fails with this error, **copy any text you were writing** before reloading.

## The admin shows "This website's subscription has expired"

## Spam check on sign-in

If you switched on reCAPTCHA for **Sign in** and the keys are wrong, sign-in can fail. [Contact support](https://www.nijeesweb.com/contact?topic=support) — we can switch it off for you.
