## "The payment did not go through. You have not been charged."

The payment failed or was cancelled — at PhonePe, at your bank, or because the page was closed. Nothing was taken. Try again from **Plans** (or the website's **Renew** / **Upgrade** button), perhaps with another method: if UPI failed, try a card, or the other way round.

## "Your payment is still pending…"

Your bank has not confirmed the payment yet.

1. **Do not pay again.**
2. Wait 15–30 minutes and check your [dashboard](https://www.nijeesweb.com/account/dashboard). The purchase completes automatically as soon as the bank confirms.
3. If it is still pending after an hour, [contact support](https://www.nijeesweb.com/contact?topic=billing) with the time, amount and your UPI or card transaction reference.

## "We could not start the payment. Nothing has been charged."

The checkout could not open. Wait a minute and try again. If it repeats, [tell us](https://www.nijeesweb.com/contact?topic=billing).

## Money left my account, but the payment shows as failed

This happens when a bank debits before confirming, and it is almost always **reversed automatically** to your account within a few working days. If it hasn't been reversed after 7 working days, [contact support](https://www.nijeesweb.com/contact?topic=billing) with the transaction reference.

## Charged twice

Usually one of the two is a pending debit that the bank reverses. If both have completed, [contact support](https://www.nijeesweb.com/contact?topic=billing) — a duplicate payment is always refunded in full.

## "Your payment went through but we could not finish setting up the website."

Your payment is safe and our team has been notified. [Contact support](https://www.nijeesweb.com/contact?topic=billing) with the **reference** shown on the screen and we'll complete the set-up.

## UPI app shows an error

- Check your UPI daily limit and your account balance.
- Make sure you approve the request within the time shown.
- Try **Pay by QR** instead of a UPI ID, or a different UPI app.

## The checkout expired

Checkout links are valid for 15 minutes. Start again — an expired checkout is never charged.
