# Set-up form errors

> Every message the website set-up page can show — website ID, domain, admin password and account limits — with the fix.

The [set-up page](https://www.nijeesweb.com/docs/website/getting-started/set-up-your-website) checks your details before sending you to payment. Nothing is charged until every field is accepted.

## Website ID

| Message | Fix |
| --- | --- |
| *The website ID may only contain letters, numbers, dots, dashes and underscores.* | Remove spaces and symbols: `sharma dental` → `sharma-dental`. |
| *The tenant id has already been taken.* | Another website uses that ID. Make it more specific: `sharma-dental-pune`. |
| *The tenant id must not be greater than 60 characters.* | Shorten it. |

## Website domain

| Message | Fix |
| --- | --- |
| *Enter a bare domain such as mystore.example.com (no http:// and no trailing slash).* | Type just `yourbusiness.in` — no `https://`, no `/` at the end, no spaces. |
| *That domain (or its www. alias) is already in use.* | A NijeesWeb website already uses this domain. If it is yours, find it on your dashboard and renew or upgrade it. If not, [contact support](https://www.nijeesweb.com/contact?topic=domain). |
| *That domain is reserved.* | You entered a NijeesWeb address. Use your own domain. |

> [!NOTE]
> Enter the domain **without** `www.` — both `yourbusiness.in` and `www.yourbusiness.in` are set up for you.

## Admin login

| Message | Fix |
| --- | --- |
| *The password confirmation does not match.* | Type the same admin password in both boxes. |
| *The password must be at least 6 characters.* | Use a longer password — 12 or more characters is better. |
| *The email must be a valid email address.* | Check the admin email for typos. |

## Account limits

| Message | Fix |
| --- | --- |
| *You have reached your limit of … websites. Renew or upgrade an existing website, or contact support to raise the limit.* | [Contact support](https://www.nijeesweb.com/contact?topic=plans) to raise your allowance. |
| *This account is not allowed to create websites. Please contact support.* | [Contact support](https://www.nijeesweb.com/contact?topic=plans). |

## The plan is not available

If the set-up page shows a "not found" error, the plan you chose is no longer offered. Go back to **Plans** and choose again.
