1. In short
- Plans are paid once a year in advance and never renew automatically — there is nothing to cancel to avoid a future charge.
- Because your website, its hosting and its SSL certificate are set up the moment you pay, payments are generally not refundable — except in the cases below.
- If you are charged twice, or charged and your website was not created, you always get your money back.
2. Cancelling
You can stop using NijeesWeb at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and since plans do not renew automatically you will not be charged again. If you would like your account or website deleted sooner, write to support@nijeesweb.com.
3. When we refund
We refund the full amount when:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- you were charged but your website could not be created;
- a technical fault on our side meant the Service could not be provided and we could not fix it within a reasonable time;
Renewals, upgrade and add-on payments are refundable only in the first three cases. Refunds are not given for unused time when a plan is not used, or when a website is suspended for breaking our terms of service.
4. Failed or pending payments
If a payment fails, you are not charged. If money left your account but the payment shows as failed, it is normally reversed to the original payment method by your bank or PhonePe automatically within a few working days. If it is still pending, your website is set up automatically once the payment is confirmed — check your dashboard, and write to us if it has not appeared within a day.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email support@nijeesweb.com from the address on your account, with:
- your website's domain or website ID;
- the date and amount of the payment;
- the order reference from your payment confirmation, if you have it;
- a short note on what went wrong.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method through PhonePe. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the money in your account after we issue it.
7. Your legal rights
This policy does not take away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian law.
