What is the NijeesWeb online store builder?

It is a no-code platform for opening an online store on your own domain. You add products, design the storefront with a drag-and-drop builder, take payments by UPI, card, net banking or cash on delivery, and manage orders, invoices, shipping and returns from one admin.

How much does an online store cost?

Plans start at ₹2,999 a year for one store, including hosting and the storefront builder. You pay once a year in rupees by UPI, card or net banking; payment gateways charge their own fee on each transaction.

How do my customers pay?

You choose. Connect Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree, PayU, Paytm or CCAvenue for UPI, cards, net banking and wallets; Stripe or PayPal for customers abroad; and offer cash on delivery or bank transfer. Each method can be limited by order value, currency or country.

Do I need my own payment gateway account?

Yes, for online payments: you sign up with the gateway (Razorpay, PhonePe and so on), paste your keys into the store admin, and the money goes straight to your account. Cash on delivery and bank transfer need no gateway.

How does shipping work?

Either set your own rates by weight and choose which pincodes you deliver to, or connect Shiprocket for live courier rates at checkout and automatic shipment booking once an order is paid. Customers can check delivery to their pincode on the product page.

Can I give GST invoices?

Yes. Set your business and GST details once, give each product its tax rate and HSN code, and every order gets a GST tax invoice, a shipping label and a delivery challan, printable one by one or in bulk.

Can customers return or exchange products?

Yes, if you allow it. You decide per product whether it can be returned, exchanged or cancelled, and for how many days. Customers request it from their account; you approve it, refund to the original payment or as store credit, and can book a reverse pickup through Shiprocket.

Do I need a website or an online store?

If customers should buy and pay on your site, choose an online store. If they mostly read about you, see your work and send enquiries — a clinic, a consultant, a school — a website is simpler and costs less. Both are built with the same drag-and-drop builder.
