Payments and receipts

How payments work — PhonePe checkout, UPI, cards and net banking, payment references, and what each payment status means.

Every payment — a new website, a renewal or an upgrade — goes through PhonePe's secure checkout.

Ways to pay#

  • UPI — PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM or your bank's UPI app.
  • Debit and credit cards.
  • Net banking.

You enter your payment details on PhonePe's page. NijeesWeb never sees or stores card, UPI or bank details.

What you pay#

Purchase Amount
New website The plan's yearly price, plus GST.
Renewal The plan's yearly price and the add-ons that renew with it, plus GST.
Upgrade Only the difference for the days left, plus GST — see Upgrade your plan.
Add-on Its yearly price for the days left until the renewal date, plus GST — see Add-ons.

NijeesWeb prices are in Indian rupees and are shown before tax: 18% GST is added at checkout, and the checkout page shows the price, the GST and the total separately.

Payment references#

Each payment has a reference beginning with SUB (a new website), REN (a renewal) or UPG (an upgrade). It is shown on the result screen after paying. Quote it whenever you contact us about a payment.

Payment statuses#

Status Meaning
Completed Paid; the website was created, renewed or upgraded.
Pending Your bank has not confirmed yet. The purchase completes automatically when it does — do not pay again.
Failed / cancelled Not paid; nothing was charged. Try again.

Receipts and invoices#

PhonePe confirms each payment, and it appears in your bank or UPI app. For a tax invoice for your business, contact us with the payment reference and your business details.
