How SEO works on NijeesWeb

What NijeesWeb does automatically for Google, Bing and AI assistants — and the few things only you can do to rank.

Updated 3 min read Markdown

Search engines and AI assistants both do the same three things: find your pages, understand them, and decide whether you are the best answer. NijeesWeb handles the first two for you. The third is about your content — and that part is yours.

What NijeesWeb does automatically#

What it means for you
Pages arrive as complete HTML Google, Bing and AI crawlers read your full content on the first request — nothing is hidden behind JavaScript.
sitemap.xml A list of every page and blog post, updated as you publish, at yourdomain/sitemap.xml.
robots.txt Tells crawlers what to read, keeps your admin pages out, and points to the sitemap. AI crawlers are not blocked.
llms.txt A plain-language summary of your website written for AI systems, at yourdomain/llms.txt.
Structured data Machine-readable facts about your business — name, contact details, logo — on every page.
Canonical addresses Each page has one official address, so www and non-www versions don't compete.
Social cards Title, description and picture when your page is shared on WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn or X.
Language tags On multilingual sites, hreflang tells search engines which version suits which visitor.
Speed WebP images, lazy loading, only the fonts you use, pages served from a cache, hosting in Mumbai.
HTTPS Every site has SSL — a ranking signal and a trust signal.

What only you can do#

  1. Say clearly what you do, for whom, and where. The first paragraph of your home page should read like an answer: "Sharma Dental is a family dental clinic in Kothrud, Pune, offering painless implants, braces and cleaning since 2004."
  2. Write a title and description for important pages — see Page SEO and Site-wide SEO.
  3. One page per service. A page called Dental implants can rank for implants; a page that lists ten services rarely ranks for any.
  4. Answer real questions. FAQs and blog posts that answer what customers ask are exactly what search engines and AI assistants quote. See Blog and Accordions & FAQs.
  5. Add your site to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools — see Search Console and Bing & AI search.
  6. Keep your business details identical everywhere — your website, Google Business Profile, Justdial, IndiaMART, social profiles. Same name, address and phone.
  7. Earn mentions and links — local news, associations, suppliers, directories. Each one is a vote of confidence.

Ranking in AI answers (GEO)#

AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews build answers from pages they trust and understand. The same habits help:

  • Lead with the answer. Start each section with a sentence that could be quoted on its own.
  • Use question-shaped headings — "How long does an implant take?" — matching how people ask.
  • Be specific. Prices, timings, areas served, years of experience, named services. Vague pages are not cited.
  • Keep it current. Update key pages a few times a year; AI systems favour fresh information.

How long does it take?#

A new website usually starts appearing for its own name within days to a few weeks of being submitted to Search Console. Ranking for competitive phrases takes months of good content. There is no shortcut — and anyone promising "page one in a week" is not telling the truth.
