When a NijeesWeb website can't be shown, visitors see a short page saying why. Find the heading you see:

"This website's subscription has expired"#

The website is temporarily offline because its plan has run out. Everything is kept. Sign in to your account and select Renew on the website's card. → Renew a website

"This website has been switched off"#

An administrator deactivated the website. Contact support to find out why and how to restore it.

"This website isn't linked to an account yet"#

The website was set up without a subscription attached — for example, created by our team on your behalf. Sign in to your account, or contact support to link it.

"There's no website at this address"#

This domain doesn't point to an active website yet. Either the domain was only just connected (DNS is still spreading — wait a little), or it points to NijeesWeb but doesn't match any website's domain exactly. See Domain & SSL.

The browser can't reach the site at all#

If you see a browser error such as This site can't be reached rather than one of the pages above, the domain isn't pointing to NijeesWeb. Check its DNS records — see Connect your domain.

Everything is set up correctly, but it's still down#

Contact support with your domain. We monitor the platform, but we want to hear from you too.
