Payments and shipping
Short answers about payment gateways, UPI, cash on delivery, fees, settlement, GST, shipping charges, Shiprocket and delivery areas.
Which payment gateways can I use?#
Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree, PayU, CCAvenue, Paytm, Stripe and PayPal — plus cash on delivery and bank transfer. You can offer several at once.
Can customers pay by UPI?#
Yes, through any of the Indian gateways — Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree, PayU, CCAvenue and Paytm all take UPI. Or put your UPI ID in a bank-transfer method.
Does the platform take a cut of my sales?#
No. Customers pay you through your own gateway account, and the gateway pays out to your bank. The gateway charges its own fees.
When do I get the money?#
On your gateway's settlement schedule — usually one to three working days, same-day with some gateways. Cash on delivery is remitted by your courier or Shiprocket.
Can I offer cash on delivery only above or below an amount?#
Yes — set a minimum and maximum for cash on delivery. See Order and COD limits.
Are prices shown with GST?#
Prices you enter are before GST; GST at each product's rate is added at checkout as a separate line. See GST and taxes.
How is shipping charged?#
By the weight of the cart, using weight slabs you set — or with live courier rates from Shiprocket. Free shipping can apply everywhere, in chosen countries or on chosen pincodes, above an amount you set.
Where can I deliver?#
Wherever you list the pincodes — or, with Shiprocket, wherever its couriers serve. A new store lists only four sample pincodes, so add yours. See Delivery pincodes.
Do I need Shiprocket?#
No. You can ship with any courier and add the tracking link to each order yourself. Shiprocket adds live rates, automatic shipments, labels and tracking.
Can I sell abroad?#
Yes. Add currencies, list the countries for free shipping, and use Stripe or PayPal for international cards. Check the export rules for your products with your accountant.
Can customers use more than one coupon?#
Only if you switch on Allow several coupons in one order in Settings.
