What is the NijeesWeb online store builder?#
A no-code platform for opening an online shop in India. Choose a plan and you get a complete store on your own domain — products, cart, checkout, payments, GST invoices, shipping and returns built in — which you manage from an admin panel.
Do I need to know coding?#
No. Products, pages, design, payments and shipping are all set up in forms and a drag-and-drop page builder. Custom CSS and JavaScript are there if you want them, never required.
Who is it for?#
Indian brands and shops selling physical products — fashion, jewellery, home goods, food, crafts — and wholesalers who want a catalogue with enquiries instead of prices.
What do I need to start?#
A domain name (or a free address on nijees.in), a way to pay for your plan (UPI, card or net banking), and your products' names, photos and prices. To take online payments you also need an account with a payment gateway such as Razorpay or PhonePe; cash on delivery needs nothing.
Can I use my own domain?#
Yes. Add two DNS records at your registrar and your store opens on your domain with a free SSL certificate. See Connect your domain.
Is there a free trial?#
No. Every new store starts with sample products, pages and settings, so you see a complete shop the moment it is created.
Does it work on phones?#
Yes. Your storefront adapts to phones and tablets, and the page builder lets you preview and adjust each screen size. The admin panel also works on a phone, though it is easiest on a computer.
Can I sell in other languages and currencies?#
Yes — as many languages and currencies as you need, with automatic translation and live exchange rates. See Languages and Currencies.
Where is my store hosted?#
On servers in Mumbai, over HTTPS with a free SSL certificate.
Is the store builder the same as the NijeesWeb website builder?#
No. They are separate products with separate accounts and plans. The website builder is for websites without a shop; the store builder is for selling online.
