Sign in to your store

Your store's admin panel lives on your store's own domain. Admins and shoppers use the same sign-in page; what you see after signing in depends on the account.

Step by step#

1. Go to https://yourdomain/login — for example https://www.ashafashion.in/login.
2. Enter the admin email you chose on the set-up page. It may be different from your store account's email.
3. Enter the admin password and select Sign in.
4. You land on the admin Dashboard at /admin/dashboard.

Tick Keep me signed in on your own computer to stay signed in between visits. Never tick it on a shared computer.

Sign in with a one-time code#

Forgot your password but have your email? Select Use a one-time code on the sign-in page, enter your admin email, and a 4-digit code is emailed to you. Type it in to sign in.

• The code is valid for 5 minutes.
• You can ask for a new code after 30 seconds.
• After 5 wrong tries the code stops working — request a new one.

After signing in with a code you land on your store's home page; go to /admin/dashboard to reach the admin panel.

Reset your password#

1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?
2. Enter your admin email and send the reset link.
3. Open the email, choose a new password (at least 4 characters — we recommend 10 or more) and type it twice.

The reset email comes from your store. If it does not arrive within ten minutes, check spam and promotions folders, or use a one-time code instead.

Signing out#

Use Logout in the admin panel's menu, or go to yourdomain/logout.
