Accept payments with CCAvenue

CCAvenue offers cards, net banking, UPI and wallets with the widest Indian bank coverage, and settles in INR and about twenty other currencies.

1. Get your keys#

In the CCAvenue dashboard, go to Settings → API keys and note:

• Merchant ID
• Access code
• Working key — also called the encryption key.

2. Add CCAvenue to your store#

1. Go to Payments → Add gateway → CCAvenue. Its settings open.
2. Choose the Environment, fill in the Merchant ID, Access code and Working key, and select Save changes.

3. Test, then go live#

Set Switch it on to Admins only and place a test order as an admin. When it works, set Switch it on to Live. See Test before going live.

Refunds#

CCAvenue refunds cannot be sent from your store's admin. When you refund a CCAvenue order, issue the refund in the CCAvenue dashboard, then record it in your admin — see Refunds and store credit.
