Catalogue mode (enquiry store)

Show products without prices and collect enquiries instead of orders — for wholesalers, made-to-order and B2B businesses.

Not every business sells at a fixed price online. In catalogue mode your store shows your products — photos, descriptions, options — but no prices, and instead of checking out, customers send you an enquiry listing the products they are interested in.

Switching a store to catalogue mode#

The mode is set for the whole store by our team. Contact support with your store's domain and say whether you want catalogue or online-store mode. Your products, categories, pages and design are not affected by the switch.

Good fits for catalogue mode#

  • Wholesale and B2B — prices depend on quantity or the customer.
  • Made to order — furniture, jewellery, tailoring, where every piece is quoted.
  • High-value items sold after a conversation — machinery, interiors, bridal wear.
