Renew a store

A plan lasts one year and never renews automatically — you are never charged without choosing to pay.

When you can renew#

The Renew — ₹… button appears on your dashboard once the store's plan has expired. While the store is active, the dashboard shows the days left instead.

Renew step by step#

1. Sign in to your store account.
2. On your dashboard, find the store marked Expired and select Renew — ₹….
3. Pay on PhonePe's checkout — see Pay for your plan.
4. The store comes back online straight away, for a new year starting today.

Renewing uses the same plan. To move to a higher plan, renew first and then upgrade.

What renewing keeps#

Everything: products, orders, customers, pages, settings, payment methods, domain and SSL. The store simply opens again exactly as it was.

Common questions#

Why can't I renew early?#

Renewal opens when the year has ended. If you would like to pay before your plan ends — for example to fit your accounting year — contact support.

My store went offline. Is my data gone?#

No. Nothing is deleted when a plan expires. See When a store expires.
